What Ferm is

A funded-trading platform, not a broker.

Ferm is a proprietary trading evaluation platform. You purchase an evaluation, trade on the Ferm terminal against real market data, and prove you can grow an account while staying inside published risk limits. Evaluation, Funded, and Live orders are synthetic. After passing and completing eligibility checks, qualifying profits are payable by Ferm under your agreement.

No completion deadline; 30-day inactivity rule applies

Evaluations and funded accounts are not live brokerage accounts. They’re structured challenges with transparent rules, enforced automatically on every trade. There’s no deposit beyond the evaluation fee, and you do not reimburse ordinary simulated trading losses. This does not excuse fraud or other independently actionable misconduct.
