What Ferm is

A funded-trading platform, not a broker.

Ferm은 합성 체결을 이용하는 평가 및 모의 펀딩 계정을 제공합니다. 자격을 갖춘 지급은 규칙과 계약에 따른 Ferm의 계약상 의무이며, 증권·중개 계좌에 예치한 자금이 아닙니다.

평가 통과 기한 없음; 30일 비활동 계정 종료 규칙이 적용됩니다.

규칙 위반 시 계정과 포지션이 종료될 수 있습니다. 일반적인 모의 거래 손실은 개인 채무를 발생시키지 않지만 사기 등 불법 행위에는 별도 책임이 생길 수 있습니다. 이미 발생하거나 승인된 지급 청구권은 계약과 법률에 따릅니다.
